Pelosi has also refused to make a sworn affadavit.

Not necessarily. For a lie detector to work, the perb must be able to state the truth at some point. You have to calibrate the lie detector with the truth to be able to determine a lie. While watching 'The Nanny' talk it has become clear to me that she is incapable of telling the truth.
