CLAIM: FILTHY FOLEY ONLINE MESSAGES WERE PAGE PRANK GONE AWRY
**World Exclusive**
**Must Credit the DRUDGE REPORT**
According to two people close to former congressional page Jordan Edmund, the now famous lurid AOL Instant Message exchanges that led to the resignation of Mark Foley were part of an online prank that by mistake got into the hands of enemy political operatives, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
According to one Oklahoma source who knows the former page very well, Edmund, a conservative Republican, goaded an unwitting Foley to type embarrassing comments that were then shared with a small group of young Hill politicos. The prank went awry when the saved IM sessions got into the hands of political operatives favorable to Democrats.
The primary source, an ally of Edmund, adamantly proclaims that the former page is not a homosexual. The prank scenario was confirmed by a second associate of Edmund. Both are fearful that their political careers will be affected if they are publicly brought into the matter.
The prank scenario only applies to the Edmund IM sessions and does not necessarily apply to any other exchanges between the former congressman and others.
The news come on the heels that Edmund has hired former Timothy McVeigh attorney, Stephen Jones.
Developing...
This is no prank and wasn't labeled that until he got a defense attorney. He let Foley take the fall on Friday knowing it was his IM's and he never would have come forward except he was outed. This former page will say and do anything that benefits himself.
Activist ready to out 'gay' GOP senator Held info on Foley, has vowed to shake up November election
Activist Mike Rogers A radical homosexual activist who claims some of the credit for revealing former Rep. Mark Foley's relationships with underage male pages has warned there is more to come, stating on his website earlier this year he would "out" a "gay" Republican senator during the run-up to the mid-term elections.
"Ladies and Gentlemen ... if they want a cultural war, I'll give them a f------ cultural war. Fasten your seatbelts, it's gonna be a bumpy 2006," wrote Mike Rogers on his weblog in January a posting noted by the blog Sweetness & Light
As WND reported, Rogers held on to damaging information about Foley who abruptly resigned Friday in the wake of revelations having indicated the story would break just prior to the Nov. 7 congressional elections.
Rogers helped develop a "target list" of 20 lawmakers and Capitol Hill staffers he believed were hiding their sexual orientation while promoting an "anti-gay" political agenda. The list included Foley and Democratic Sen. Barbara Mikulski of Maryland
I saw it....remember I talked about all day the other day? I also heard a blogger and Nancy Grace said so too. I saw him come on though.....
Fess up, just how young are you?
HELLO! IS ANYONE HOME?
PhiKapMom knows this guy (the page) so I put credence in what she says.
Does Istook know he has SNAKES in his campaign?
that was a lot of posts to me at once so I guess I'll address them sequentially:
1. (regarding the Dem congressman who enjoyed the company of interns) my mistake...that would be comical if he was still in congress, though
2. I apologize for calling you "Mr."...I plead ignorance
I'm gonna disagree with you when you say you haven't been defending Foley. You can look back over your posts and judge for yourself, but I think that by just about any definition what you've been doing can be called defending Foley. For the record, I mostly agree with you...he was clearly "had" by this punk-ass kid. As for my reading comprehension skills...well, I guess people can read your posts and decide for themselves if they think you were defending Foley. Then people can make their own judgements about our respective comprehension skills.
3. I will plead ignorance to the orgin of "Ms." (feminazi?) Though I will say that this conversation is better served by discussion of more pertinent things rather than of your distaste for my use of prefixes. However, if I feel I need a grammar tutor in the future, I will certainly know who to call.
4. As far as me being "out of my depth", I'd say you're certainly entitled to your opinion. I would also add that you posted a reply to one of my posts. If you feel your intellect is that far superior to mine, why did you engage me in the first place?
5. Again, people can read your posts to me and judge for themselves. I cannot speculate on what you posted prior to your conversation with me. I suppose I could go back and look it up but honestly, all that matters to me is what you've said to me. And frankly, I don't really see what my age has to do with this anyway. As I stated above, if you feel that your knowledge and intellect are so much greater than mine, I'm not sure why you would waste your time to engage a dumbdumb like myself.
6. Believe it or not, I actually have no homework this evening because my school was closed due to the administation receiving what has been described as a "threat". But thank you for your concern anyway.
lol
I think I'm done with Fox, for the most part. Gibson wants Hastert out in the worst way. Shep is foaming at the mouth. O'Reilly is sitting on the fence as usual. Cavuto kissed George Soros's butt today. The only one worth watching for me is Brit Hume.
Mam (I'm assuming from your name that your female...I've already made a mistake on that once tonight so if I'm wrong, correct me), I'm not sure exactly who's posts you've been reading, but I think I've made it quite clear that I think Rep. Foley is far from a "great guy". Just to keep the record straight, would you mind taking that back? If you can point out places where I might infer that he is a "great guy", then please do.
None of those are my for real name. LOL
Was this one of the prank IMs?
Funny how the "prank admission" came out not minutes after Rush mentioned that the IMs might have been part of a prank ...that was strange.
Foley was a REPRESENTATIVE; he no longer is. It is BOTH Houses, that combined, make up CONGRESS.

This came from a Berkeley homecoming page. He answers silly questions like:
If you could be any animal what would you be?: Lobster
What I'll miss most about my college experience: Parties?

I love Google!!! :)
...and THEN got a standing ovation from congressional demonRATS for his "courage". The left has ZERO credibility here.
