Sounds like al Qaeda's number one job is to teach recruits how to make car bombs.
Sort of reminds me of the Japanese kamikazi pilots, and suicidal infantrymen. They were fearsome, but single use weapons. Not the kind of strategy you need to win a war.
Shouldn't they keep their mouths zipped until they've actually caught him?
