Sounds like al Qaeda's number one job is to teach recruits how to make car bombs.

Sort of reminds me of the Japanese kamikazi pilots, and suicidal infantrymen. They were fearsome, but single use weapons. Not the kind of strategy you need to win a war.

Thier goal isn't to win outright. Rather their victory goal is to wear us down to a point that we are no longer willing to pay the price necessary to defeat them. Sadly, especially with the weak-minded democrats, their strategy has some potential to succeed.
