The latest media ploy is to equate the word "conservative" with what they call 'extreme right-wing, evangenlical, bigoted enemy of the young, old, progressives, minorities' who will stop at nothing until Christianity is the 'official religion of the U.S.' This is a reaction to how the term "liberal" has become known as the "America hating, terrorist loving, wealth redistributing, marxist, overly politically-correct echo chamber" that it is.
Pay close attention and you'll see it.
