Then the question becomes: When did the Democrats know about this? If Foley is a child predator and the Democrats found out and sat on it until it benefitted them politically, then how many children did they put at risk for their political gain?

In Florida, Foley's home state, the age of Consent for minors is 16(heterosexual), 18 for Homosexuals. So yes if this is true, it is a criminal offense.

There is actually a separate consent age based on whether the sex is hetero or homo?

Sorry, I'm not going to jump on the hang this man bandwagon, because there's simply no proof. Five of them? Fine, show them to me and this supposed sexual content. Next prove to me that he wrote the AIM messages mentioned elsewhere.

If the government gets involved and gets actual logs and records from AOL and those show that he committed a crime, then fine, but I have absolutely no reason to believe ABC or pages who may very well have an axe to grind with the guy for an entirely different reason.
