You failed to thoroughly read the entire "lesson", my fellow FReeper. Please examine paragraph two.
Muslims, unlike bullies, believe that it is their duty to punish ALL who oppose Allah.
If you don't destroy them, they'll just end up running the world. No thanks. I'm not Christian but I know enough about Christianity to know that adherents of any sane version of it aren't commanded to turn the world over to violent Muslim extremists.
I do believe that God allows for self-defence.
Christians haven't turned the world over to violent Muslims. Governments made up of either Muslims or complacent leaders who are without courage and conviction are largely responsible (recent protests in France come to mind.)
Furthermore, our countries history is painted with the blood of Christians who made great sacrifices in order to establish a nation free from religious tyranny.
Bullies are usually made up of cowards, drunkards, or both. Muslims arent necessarily either. Bullies enjoy intimidating and or beating people simply because they have nothing better to do. This can also give them the false impression that they are tough. It is purely self-inflation.

As Americans, we must WAKEUP and do it soon! We must enact laws that will inhibit the further immigration of Muslims to our country. In his book, Slavery, Terrorism & Islam, the Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat , Peter Hammond notes:

He also provides a timeline of how immigrant Muslims slowly progress in imposing their Sharia laws on their adopted country. (Sorry, I have that timeline at work.) It is absolutely frightening! They begin slowly and 'peacefully', asking for equal rights. (We've seen this in Michigan, where they were successful in having one community enact legislation allowing them to erect a loudspeaker on their local mosque to call Muslims to prayer. Meanwhile, the christian churches are now banned from sounding their carillons. The next law they will seek to pass is that of having foods labeled as 'halal'. And it progresses slowly from there. He cites examples of countries that have accomodated these 'small' requests and how, over the course of time, the demands grow, along with the violence - i.e. the riots in Paris this year.
Proportionately speaking, here in the US, the Muslim population is still small enough that we have not had to deal with riots. But these prayerful Muslims reproduce like rabbits in order to grow their ranks and justify their demands. It is just a matter of time.
What can we do to stop this?
I struggle with the sentiment. The problem I see is that these are not rational people, the so-called moderates are unable to exert any control and Westerners have started to self-censor (witness the events in Germany over the opera; just one instance in many) so that islamists aren't offended and chop off some poor artist's head (or stab them to death as in Holland). The problem is these people are always offended. Many of them are very ignorant of the rest of the world, are easily led, and operate on an emotional level that I think Americans find difficult to comprehend. They don't think. They send their children out to kill and they're willing to take their own babies on a plane to be killed. Personally, I think any efforts to placate or compromise with them are wasted.
Is it wrong to wish them all dead? Probably. I've known muslims. I have a muslim classmate. I'm not blind to the feelings I have about individuals. But in the face of the utter madness of islam, I don't know what I can do but wish them all of off the face of the earth. My world, and yours too, would be a better, safer, place w/o them.
