Unfortunately for "BJ" and the islamic "cultures" most Americans can recognize a lie, no matter how many times it is repeated, and more importantly they can spot a fake like BJ for what he truly is.
But the problem that is build into all this would be Democrats give the treasury away for the vote and make people dependent on them.
Government employees, many unions and most all dependents of government assistance are so beholden to hand outs and Democrat influence to get over paid that the will gladly live on the lie rather than accept any real contrary truth IMO.
