No, I didn’t write that headline just to get you to click through to my column. All right, maybe I did a little, but there really is no better way to describe it.
Over the past couple weeks, there have been a couple stories floating around that just warmed my little heart, but they didn’t get a lot of attention, so I have decided to give them plenty. Do you wonder what kind of story it takes to warm my cold, conservative heart? Well, wonder no longer.
This is the kind of headline I’m talking about.

A big breakthrough will happen when girls gun clubs become more popular.
Personally, though, I would prefer to see girls become proficient with bladed weapons, especially short knives, because they are often far more lethal to an attacker than a gunshot wound. A 3" blade is legal just about anywhere short of an airport, and works a lot better than a rape whistle.
And there is no limit on how many you can carry. In a bad neighborhood, a girl can carry so many that she rattles.

Great story! To my credit, I've killed a rabid Groundhog with a shovel. Not exactly bare-handed, but as close as you can get.
