Interesting. Awhile back I read there were going to be changes (was hoping Shep's days were numbered) so I wasn't surprised when they pulled Dayside last Friday. Kim Hume is shocking and giving a two hour solo to E.D. might be a bit much to take. Frankly I wish they'd bring back David Asman in one of Shep's time slots.

Think of how much money has been donated to the GOP because not being able to stand the Clintons. Hillary raises lots of money for the GOP everytime she opens her mouth. They will need the money to buy political advertisements on t.v.
Santorum is spending a bundle in Pennsylvania to try to keep his Senate seat. He puts political commercials on t.v. every couple minutes. It must cost him a fortune to run again for Senate.

The word is that she wasn't dismissed but moved to fill a slot in the later show. But E.D. has been there for many years (she was hosting on 9/11) so has many loyal and soon to be upset fans. Fox sometimes does listen to viewers -- they got rid of Julian on the weekend version of F&F so maybe it will only be temporary.
