Interesting that Bernard Nussbaum is named as one of the people that Zeifman wouldn't recommend. I wouldn't doubt that Zeifman knew something there.

Nussbaum got his job as Clinton WH counsel through his relationship with HRC from back in their Watergate staff days. Nussbaum and his NY law firm partners have been hefty donors to her Senate campaign war chest.
