Excellent catch, SC
I just saw this interview (my local Fox station runs FNS at 10am). I cannot believe clinton's reaction and his veiled threats to Chris Wallace. I'm not a huge fan of Wallace, but I think he handled this pretty well.
As far as clinton goes... what an evil POS.
I believe you have it exactly right.
I was just thinking about this interview. Wallace's show gets shown twice (actually 3 times if you count the late-night repeat). In between, they play clips of the interview all day long.
Russert's show, on the other hand, has been relegated to the Sunday after lunch spot, competing with ball games and Sunday family gatherings. No matter how good Russert makes Clinton look, very few people will see it. Since CNN is already talking about the Fox interview, Fox's message wins. HAHAHAHA!
That does seem pretty conclusive
Hi Chuck
I had to see it late too...
I am quite thrilled that they played it ALL- unedited....
otherwise- they would have been accused once again, of right wing marching orders, etc....
oh wait a minute....
;-)
Our old Sales Director did that all the time LOL
I didn't believe when I first heard it either....Things like this keep impressing on Americans how alien to our way of life Muslim culture is.
Brit retiring would be a HUGE loss!
I don't see anyone on the horizon even remotely qualified to take over for him in his unique role.
The NIE is now the topic of discussion ABC, steponallofus host. Apparently the White House has issued a statement about the NIE, that the NYTimes and WAPO mischaracterised the NIE (no suprises there). NYTimes and WAPO always working to support the enemy. Earlier Stephy had on Menendez and gave hiim free reign and free air time, with no contentiious questions (at least for the seconds I watched).
yep..although I like it when it rhymes.
If the finger's flyin',
he must be lyin'.
Unfortunately Mr.FF believes the malarkey that FNC is a right-wing echo chamber. *SIGH*
And I can't confuse him with the facts, after all he works for ABC News!
Great point Rob! You nailed it, IMHO.
Maybe one of the Fox shows, this week, will present clips again. The attacks on Fox news, clips, show his paranoid, aggressive demeanor.
I can't believe that that's the real reason. I *can* believe that Clinton threatened Fox in some way though. Not that we'll ever really know.
I can't watch this evening, but I hope people will pay attention to that sentence where he says he tried to kill bin Laden. There was a little pause before the word "kill", too.
Contrare, they love it.

They're also discussing neocons taking to 2006 elections by fraud elsewhere and how we fear them. Couch, stat.
