Wow. What a pic! I loved the sound of these screaming above me in the sky... the sound of FREEDOM.
Just set it as my new desktop background.
THANK YOU!

Is that not the most beautiful aircraft ever devised by man?
I have entire photo albums (my Wife has counted and she says it's two to one, she is cute but...) pictures totally dedicated to the F-14 Tomcat!
I have one album with nothing but F-14s going ballistic, (I spent 6 plus years of my life on Carriers and I never missed a show)
I have Sunrise and Sunset, Maint, Deploy, Pre-Launch, Launch and Generic (Sick huh?)
I have always thought that the F-14 was the Bad SOB of the sky, new kids on the block may unshine the apple, but they had to work hard to do it.
Did I mention I also have an album with just A-10s?
The A-10 Warthog is so freaking amazing and efficient that even Hillary can't get rid of it (I think even Rockefeller had to say something nice)

I think the F-14 scored the only US air to air combat kills during the 1980's.

The "Line of Death" *was* the line fo death because of the F-14. (Ask Mo-mar Ka-daffy)
