So...you would figure that if someone comes in with a dead 7-month-fetus, it must be a murder, not a miscarriage? You would figure that a murderer would go in with a victim? You would rather have any woman with a stillbirth have to go through a police investigation? Think about the implications of what you suggest, please. Hindsight is great, ain't it?

The father of all these children lives in East St. Louis, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

If she supposedly had just given birth to a stillborn child, then would she have been offered a medical examination to see if she was ok after childbirth? If she had refused, I would start wondering what was going on.

She refused. She went in there with some lame @$$ story about how she had been raped and her rapist delivered the stillborn baby. The hospital then wanted to examine her but she declined the request, changed her story about being raped, blah blah blah...

Many women refuse exams in such a case. A friend of mine late-term miscarried and fought tooth and nail to avoid going to the ER.
