??? I don't think his movements have been restricted by his health. Any movements he has been able to make were forced on him in order to keep whatever "health" he had.
On the other hand, what difference has he made in the last few years? When we get him dead, by whatever means, the Dems won't be able to whine about Bush not chasing him.
