Reminds me of the Repub convention here in NYC seeing a bunch of libs dressed as paupers/hippies jumping out of a limosine in front of the Plaza hotel. Everyone always wonders where they get the time to travel the globe and do these protests..It`s called being rich from capitalism yet they curse it out. "I`m rich but you`re not allowed to be." Just like the Hollyweirdos like actress from nepotism Gweneth Paltrow cursing out SUV`s then the next day the NY Post showed her driving what else? An SUV.

Read a little about her.
People who get out after 16 years active service, 4 years from retirement 'usually' screwed up and were told to leave.
I bet (99.99% sure) that if one were to dig you'd see she didn't leave, but got booted. Often when this happens and someone is so close to retiring they go into the reserves to salvage their retirement.
