NEW YORK -- After reports that he left the U.S. and one day after he called President George W. Bush the devil, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez spoke about a heating oil initiative in Harlem.Chavez was in Harlem to inaugurate the CITGO-Venezuela Heating Oil Program.
During a visit to New York City in September 2005, Chavez made a pledge to help low-income Americans fight the increasing costs of home heating oil.
Over the past winter, the Venezuelan government, through its U.S.-based oil company CITGO, provided more than 40 million gallons of reduced price heating oil for low-income families in the United States.

I recall reading the oil that was shipped is low grade junk that municipalities turned down.

No one in Harlem lives in a house or has a "home heating bill". Chavez is supposedly, what, granting free oil to heat the projects? You're right. Enquiring minds want details!
Chavez is selling home heating oil at a 40% discount. Randell questioned why oil companies in this country didn't do the same. All politics and the left is just sucking this sh*t up.

I understand that the oil he proposed to send was unfit for use in our supply channels and SO low grade it was refused by municipalities.. I don't believe he sent anything, but not one single media type will confront this a$$hole!
I think even used 2 stroke lawn mower oil will burn in your furnace.
I think if this asshat wants to send us below market cost oil, great. I say bring it on.
I say pull up the tanker and fill it with below market Super Premium.
