Fitzgerald should be disbarred.
The taxpayers should sue him personally and demand that he personally reimburse the government for the money he wasted.
The justice department should file criminal charges against him for fraud, breach of the public trust, etc.
Libby should sue his @ss off.
He should be put in protective custody to prevent some hostile patriot from pinching his head off...like the zit that he is!

Fitzgerald has lost his reputation, so maybe Scooter can use that one when this is all done.

I'm still holding out hope that Fitzy is a good guy.

In my opinion, he's the onlyt real scumbag in this whole deal.

Maybe it's time for us to rescue "Fitzmas?"

"Fitzmas" now officially means an event that is a heartbreaking disappointment for the Dems. The great thing about Fitzmas, is that it can happen many times a year! I plan to celebrate my next Fitzmas on November 8th.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com that FPOS should be brought up on criminal charges for Prosecutorial Misconduct and Selective Enforcement of the Law.

He knew who leaked what within the first couple of days and still kept the investigation open, why and how does this all make Fitz in any way even a 10% good guy?

Maybe the previous poster hasn't been following this farce as well as many of us.
There can be no doubt now that Fitzie was doing a dishonorable job here. Hopefully the DOJ will wake up now and investigate Fitz!

Fitzgerald, like so many prosecutors, was the tattle-tale jerk you hated in school, who ratted to the teacher every minor transgression.

Fitz takes a hit below waterline, so that's a "technical" victory. I just love reading MSM spin.

Just another criminal getting off on a technicality. /sarc.

Take it with my blessing, just so you can't claim adverse possesion!

Who put the ram in the ram-a-lam-a-ding-dong?
Who put the ham in the Mo-ham-meh-hed?

If you are old enough to recognize that, the song will now be stuck in your head for hours. Muhuhahahaha!

Fitz will wait awhile for this particular report to blow over. Then he will announce, with regret, that due to the need to keep these documents classified, he will have to withdraw his case. An hour of press questions will follow in which he smears Libby, Cheney, Rove and the President, and praises Richard Armitage's "bravery" for coming forth.

One week later, the New York Times will reveal all those classified secrets, anyway (courtesy of Fitz), so there will be a bonus for the libs after all.

I understand even Chris Matthews is not taking any phone calls from Fitz.

It has gotten real bad for the SpecProsecutor!

Ken Starr = Puritanical Peeping Tom! Patrick Fitzgerald = Sexy!
Posted by Geoffrey Dickens on November 16, 2005 - 15:07

Back during the impeachment days of the late 90s Ken Starr was portrayed as an out-of-control prosecutor peeping through Bill Clinton's Oval Office window. Fast forward to this morning's Today show and we find Patrick Fitzgerald is getting the star treatment from People magazine.

At 7:51am Today had an exclusive unveiling of People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive issue and it turns out Fitzgerald made the list:

Katie Couric: "Do you have the thinking woman's sex symbol in there at any point?"

Julie Jordan, People magazine: "Yes. Yeah like we got lots of smart men. Patrick Fitzgerald. I love that he actually is..."

Couric: "The special prosecutor. Oh my gosh he must've been so freaked out when he got the call! He keeps dirty socks at work and apparently has pizza boxes up to the ceiling at his house."

I heard recently that most public officials have liability insurance (similar to the kind of coverage doctors have) that covers this sort of thing.

Anyone know if that is true?
