"I consider there to be either a direct or oblique reference to race there that underlines what he's saying."It would have been funny if Rick had accidentally said "it's not lost on colored people...er...I mean...negroes...dammit, I mean...uh...I am not a racist! I mis-spoke!"
It is easy to "mis-speak" when one is making a speech or remark about racist comments.
I don't kmow what Kinky meant when he made the bizarre comment, but there's no need to make a martyr out of him.
