Possible Hate Crime in Wal-Mart, Washington State (Middle Eastern Men Attack White Couple)

According to video of news reporter's interview with the victim:

Incident happened on September 9, 2006 at approximately 9:30p.m. Victims were white couple shopping in Wal-Mart who were verbally and physcially attacked by 2 Middle Eastern men. One of the Middle Eastern men one shoved the white victim's wife. The victim's husband asked if there was a problem and one of the males told him he needed to get out of his way. The ME man called the white male, "American scum", said he'd blow him up and said,"we'll kill you".

Outside in the parking lot, the 2 Middle Eastern men waited for the couple and attacked the husband with a scissor-jack, cracking the man's skull.

The victim got the plate number of the attackers and made a police report. Victim claimed he tried 3 times to receive help from Wal-Mart employees. They told him: 1: No manager on duty, 2. No security on duty. 3. You're a big guy you can handle it yourself.

No arrests have been made. According to the news reported, the police are investigating the incident.

I believe the town is S. Everett and the Wal-Mart is located on Evergreen Way. I'm not familiar with the area.
