I've tried to stay out of this but you just crossed the line.

The taking of innocent life is wrong no matter how it's done.

Right now I think the abortionists have killed millions more than terrorists if you care to keep count.

And I don't think for a nanosecond Rudy will be appointing any judges to stop the slaughter.

It is totally scary, and unacceptable to have political hacks on the SCOTUS..with it's lifetime tenure.

We have already seen with Kelo, Hamdan, and the sodomy case in Texas ....that when the SCOTUS is WRONG, it can cause very bad things to happen...because we can't trust the Congress to make their BAD decisions, right.

I don't know about that, The Supreme Court could end it as the law of the land. But thinking that it will ever be forcibly eradicated is false. The only thing that can be done is kick it back to the states, where is should have been settled in the first place, from there it's a hearts and minds campaign.

Just because I want to be clear, I am pro-life at both ends of the debate. I oppose Capital punishment as well. Flame away. My point is that the ongoing threat of terror and the islamofacists, has now changed forever the status of social issues, because if you have no security you will have no social issues.
