The Pope's address (the one delivered on Sept. 12) can be found a lot of places, but here's one off-hand: http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/benedict_xvi/speeches/2006/september/documents/hf_ben-xvi_spe_20060912_university-regensburg_en.html
Just cut and paste it into your browser window if it's not clickable. It's on the Vatican website. Somebody else may know a shorter address, and I think it's also been posted on FR a couple of times.
