Allen is off my list of possibles. His answers on the current debate revolving around Common Article 3 pushes him right out the door.
Romney, on the other hand, whacked McCain pretty good on that issue. Like I siad, Romney keeps moving right towards me. Rather amazing.
She should be a Red Sox fan.
"changing" the Geneva convention? The admin should characterize it as clarifying or adding to Geneva convention on what to do with captured terrorists. My understanding is we would follow the Geneva Convention as is for conventional warfare between armies with uniforms.
IMO, his command of the invasion of Iraq will hamper the ticket, barring another attack that is. Note, this not necessarily how I feel about him, but how I think he will be percieved by the electorate.
I don't think anyone with recent military command experience will be electable.
He's like a character out of Lewis Carroll
Be what you would seem to be - or, if you'd like it put more simply - never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise.
Sorry, I don't understand your point. *^(
I think part of my being pleasantly pleased by W is that I was afraid he was more like his dad than his mom.
Yeah for sure.

The problem with that is most people won't see what the WH has put on their website because the MSM will not report it. They need to overtly (and I mean in strong enough language so the MSM can't ignore it) slap down McCain and his band of merry men weasels.
Everywhere you look, it's McCain this and McCain that. It's almost as if he thinks he is running the country. The WH needs to regain control of the debate and put this POS in his place.
(Sorry for the rant, snugs.)
After reading Victoria Toensing's article, I am wondering if Colin Powell asked Armitage to talk to Novak and supply him with the name of Plame. From the beginning this has sounded like a clandestine attack on the administration from the cabal in the State Department and their cohorts in the CIA. It was a coordinated attack with the MSM and the democrat party in that Chuckie Schumer's letters to the Justice Department and all the speeches on the floor of the Senate and the House kept this lie alive for 3 freaking years! I wish the Justice Department would appoint Victoria and Joe DeGeneva to investigate Fitz and the conspiracy to undermine and possibly bring down a sitting president.
Matt Mauphin!!! YES...thank you, OF!
I am ashamed that I forgot his name, but I can still picture his face from the pictures of him they have shown for years now...
I was referring to Mauphin...but, of course, we can't forget Scott Speicher.
Thanks for reminding us all.
Um...no!
(I know you were being sarcastic..lol)
How about Tommy Franks instead of Stormin' Norman?

You said, Clinton, ever the imitator, got himself a pair...TRYING to be a Bush Texan.)
He might have tried to get a pair, but Hillary took them away from him and they are now in a secure lock box.
