Islamic unreasonableness (actually, a threat of violence) is a rung in the ladder that leads to coerced conversion.

Islam doesn't just convert by the sword, it also appears to convert by inflicting a thousand tiny pin pricks.

I suspect there is much more method to their madness than we realize.

Watch the screaming Muslims (all men by the way - women aren't allowed in public) all over the world denouncing the pope for speaking the truth about Islam. Interesting that they are hollering the same phrases as when they cut off innocent journalists' heads. Nuts.

With a sword to their throats, would the number of pacifists (cowards) dwindle?

That is the question.

This is a very significant point. In this case, furthermore, the effectiveness of their "pin pricks" is vastly magnified by the media.

The fact that the Pope's criticism affects them, discredits their beliefs entirely and only is another example that they are not "religious".

I find it ironic that the Pope cannot insult islam but islamics have carte blanche to insult the Pope.

I also find it ironic that, except for Angela Merkel, no other Western leader has defended the Pope.

Ya know what, if the Vatican doesn't stand it's ground they're going to come out of this the way they did after WWII when they didn't take a STRONG stand against the Holocaust.

This is the second time I've had to do this tonight.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about.

Read David Dalin's book A Righteous Gentile ... that's Rabbi David Dalin, BTW. Then come back and tell me the Vatican didn't take a STRONG stand against the Holocaust.

It's really sad when FReepers swallow every d--n lie perpetrated by the left and the MSM.
