"I didn't want you or your sister."
"I had a sister?"
"Not when I got through with her."

If someone gives you a gift, and you refuse the gift, or throw it away disdainfully, then that gift-giver will be either very angry, or very saddened, or both. God gives us our children as gifts, regardless of how they were conceived......

I guess the suit is called "wrongful life," instead of "wrongful death."

So, if she didn't want this child, why didn't she give her up for adoption. I'm sure someone would have wanted her.
Now she's just using the kid for free money.

I can not put my disgust in to words.
I wonder where the father of this poor child is.

The "mother" and the former twin.
Her offspring Jayde now lives with her grandparents. Stories have reported that Stacey Dow lives with the grandparents and the child, but other accounts put the grandparents and child together with Stacey Dow living apart from them.
Western civilization has sunk lower than I thought if this woman doesn't realize how despicable she is.
To: MeanWestTexan
Incredible but yes, it is a "wrongful life" suit. Wanting damages because the state failed to properly kill your child.

This woman is sick sick sick. Problem is, the young girl will suffer from it the most. The logical conclusions of abortion are being demomnstrated in real-life tradgey. I feel anger mixed with tremendous sadness.

Jayde, the daughter she never intended to raise...
"I still want to do the best for her, but it's exhausting dealing with the legal side.If you really wanted to do what was BEST for her, you would have sat tight for another measly seven weeks, given birth, and let BOTH sisters be adopted out to people who wouldn't whine in public about how they should never have been born.
To: dukeman
I don't know how the poor kid sleeps at night.
