Must have been faked ... if she did the prep, she wouldn't be smiling. Grimacing, maybe, but not smiling.
"KIck em while they're up, kick up when they're down, we need dirty laundry..."
American males are afraid of strong women.
Buyer's remorse?
What did CBS think they were getting?
the Katy promos are running here during Brit's show.
I thinking they are fisning in a coal mine.
Courics B S !!!
Katie, join Jane Fonda and the other old hags on the radio......let's see how long that lasts.....if The View is still in play, you could join Rosie and Barb!!
sheesh....
I thought she'd last close to a year at least. This makes it sound much worse than that.
LOL. That's great.
I'd love to see one of those with Helen Thomas as the alien.
They better keep their grubby leftist hands off of Brit. Brit's FNC show is about the only news show I watch any more.
"P.S. Rather is working overtime on his new satellite- fed dinky cable show. Editors who have seen first drafts of story treatments say it is WAY over the top, sort of a "Howard Beale on LSD reading Rolling Stone straight to camera, with a Texas accent" concept.'
LOL!
Awwwwwwww. . . . give her a chance. She hasn't even done a story of the baby seals yet.
Scoping for Dollars.
It's really going to be fun watching her try to do election night coverage, we may get to see a full-scale nervous breakdown live on TV.
CBS having someone fair would be a shock. Ms. Couric is a prima donna. She is so full of herself, it's obvious even to liberals. Not too many level headed persons want to watch that BS. Just my opinion.
LOL - actually I miss Michael Rivero and Uncle Bill - a lot.
She said something like "I'll be here tomorrow. I hope you will, too."
She really had a pleading tone. I almost felt sorry for her, but suddenly I couldn't stop laughing.
OK, she's figured out her sign-off then. She's going to beg for viewers. Well, I won't be one of them. Total waste of my time that would be.
One more point to make - I guess one of the lessons Madam Couric missed out on during her time in the TV/entertainment business is to take heed of the old advice in show biz - "Be nice to everybody on your way up to the top, because you'll meet 'em again on the way down." Since, by all accounts, she's typically bitchy behind the scenes, I can't see too many of her CBS co-workers being too nice to her during this period of demise.
