Thank you backhoe for that compilation. OPINION: In this case, an SUV could not be blamed; so of course one must blame the guns. Someday, maybe, the media will pay close attention to the suspect and not the suspect's weapon of choice.

The agenda-driven shills are already coming out of the woodwork.

This is not a Hardware Problem ( Weaponry ) but a Software Problem ( malicious human beings ).

As long as there are some deluded people who refuse to recognize the fact that some folks are just bad people who will harm others unprovoked, we'll keep tilting at windmills and miss the truth.

After the Seattle shooting, one of the survivors launched yet another futile campaign for more gun control- quite overlooking the simple fact that is had she had a sidearm to pull from her purse ( instead of the cell phone she had- dial 911, and die... ) her colleague might still be alive today.

I agree backhoe.

Guns can save a life.
Guns can take a life.

A gun can't do anything without a person to operate it.

The same can be said for bats, knives, ice picks, ball point pens, keys, nail clippers, etc.

Funny about Seattle...remember how the gun graabers were saying ballistic fingerprinting would have solved the DC sniper case in days, but when the snipers were caught and their guns traced to the source (the info that investigators would supposedly have gotten from ballistics) all that was found was an empty box on a dusty shelf in a Seattle gun store's warehouse?
