That recipe sounds a lot like my late m-i-l's family recipe for what they call "Christmas icebox cookies." They're a yeast dough that's refrigerated overnight, and filled with walnut/raisin mixture then baked. An old Hungarian family recipe that's been handed down at least 4 or 5 generations. Apparently I make 'em just like Mr.FF's mom (unfortunately for me since they're such a pain to make). But believe it or not he loves to help in the prep, which does cut the time down considerably.

That one is a keeper, sofa... I feel bitter disappointment that in Afghanistan dozens of high level Taliban escaped righteous retribution because of Rules of Engagement that do not allow US forces to missile strike or bomb in cemeteries.
A pc war?
It was a disgrace that the enemy was allowed to escape. General Patton must be rolling in his grave, where the Taliban would most surely bomb if they could kill Americans!
