He votes to organize the Senate with the Republicans.

He votes for cloture of Democrat filibusters.

That is much better than any Democrat from Rhode Island would do.

Chafee a "moderate?" His ACU rating for 2006 was 12--same as Hilary; Levin of Michigan was 17.
