This is as near explaing what I continually state.

Bush had been in ONLY 7 months and 19 days. Many of Clinton's appointees were still there in HIGH places.

So did they conspire to get Bush in trouble or did they all of the sudden decide to do, what ever it is Bush did in so short of time, to get a conspiracy planned, organized and ordered,and followed his direction?

This is really truly childish thinking.
