Gee, Blue State, Blue City, corrupt city council. I think that says it all.

Build a 1776 foot tall Flagpole.
On it put the worlds largest American flag.

Stay out of it.True. I'm fed up with everyone demanding the Federal government baby sit every nook and cranny every time someone has a hangnail.

Thanks for posting a pic of my favorite design for the rebuild.
I daresay, if New Yorkers could vote for their favorite design, that would probably win.

Larry Silverstein is nearing completion of the rebuilt 7 World Trade Center at the north end of the site, and as recently as a few months ago he didn't have a single tenant signed to a long-term lease other than his own company. Here's a list of current a future tenants as of August;
Silverstein Properties
Ameriprise Financial Inc.
New York Academy of Sciences
Mansueto Ventures LLC - business publisher, Fast Company
Darby & Darby P.C.
Moody's Investor's Service

Have always loved the word "cipher". Fits Clinton perfectly!

I have no doubt that a considerable selling job awaits those who will rebuilt the lost space in that spot. Even if the market were not soft (and, being based in that area, you would know better than me), there will surely be those who will fear to go there.
But just as surely, eventually, perhaps with some time, there will be those who will not be afraid to once again reach for the heavens, and live and thrive in a country and a society whose hopes and dreams can't be defeated by the barbarians who seek to kill them. It is to them, and those who would be inspired by them to carry the dream forward, that we should dedicate our efforts to rebuilding the magnificence that was lost there, but should rise once again.

The last time I looked, this was to be built in NYC. How could this possibly be GWB's fault?
Such dopes.

If they can't find other tenants, they could relocate the UN to the topmost section and redevelop its existing site....

Keith, your career effectively died the millisecond you stepped out of the ESPN studios for the last time. You just haven't figured it out yet.

Thanks for the information. I only recognize a few of those tenants . . . are they going to come anywhere close to filling a 52-story office building?
