When (not "if") freedom prevails, it's likely Islam will undergo some changes. It's inevitable.
The President's speech was for all Americans (including the muslim ones), and he's well aware people all over the world heard it or will hear/read excerpts. Tact is often a desired quality in a world leader.
Bin Laden is taking the big dirt nap and has become irrelevant.

I know it!! While I admittedly did NOT have as much contact with the Iraqis as quite a few of the soldiers there did, I did have some contact virtually every single day. They mostly seemed to want to A) make a buck, which I admired and B)wanted to get on with their lives.

Sir I know beyond a shadow of a doubt the people on DU or the biggest morons on the planet. I'm am trying to make a point, and maybe it's my fault for not making it. Calling Islam a religion of peace is futile. We are not fighting a war on terror, we are fighting the Muslim Mujahadin. All I ask for is honesty.
