By the way, I went to your 9-11 links and movies. Thank you for posting those; it still makes me cry, and it still makes me angry at the murder of so many, many good people.
I hope that people will wake up again to the dangers of having Democrats, who are feckless and irresponsible about our national security, in ANY kind of elected office. These memorials bring that home for me, and hopefully the ABC movie will do the same for others. (See my tag)

Yes, yes it is. It's been that kind of day for a few days now, some of the stories I've read. I was just looking back to let you know the 1 or 2 toons I liked the best, but I got to 5, and well...
Probably the little boy talking to his firefighter father who died in 9-11 would be my choice.
Thanks for your thread everyday, Pookie. It's one of the first things I look at everyday.

I do not understand why someone hasn't realized that these ethereal blue towers of light, reaching into the heavens - that can be seen for miles and miles - not just at ground zero - are the perfect memorial.
And when there are clouds, the blue towers hit them and spread more light - The "Blue Towers" of Light are almost alive.
