I live right down the street from ABC and I used to work in Network Television. No doubt they have already weighed the legalities and will go forward. They're thinking RATINGS. You think they'll pull the show? This is free publicity for them! The ratings will be astronomical.

In NYC, ABC might as well cancel it, because "Path" is sure to be trounced in the ratings by the "Manning Bowl", Eli vs Peyton from Giants Stadium on NBC. Most guys I know from work are going to be watching that instead without a doubt.

Exactly. NBC will do more to insure millions of Americans will never see "Path" than the entire Democrat party, because the "Manning Bowl" (also the premiere of Sunday Night Football) will win the ratings Sunday night. ABC should have run this Monday-Tuesday.
