Former president Bill Clinton is blasting the ABC 9/11 docudrama The Path to 9/11 for being inaccurate and unfair. Youve got to love the irony of that. Wasnt he the guy who hired Hollywood filmmakers to create a campaign biopic of his life? Sure, The Path to 9/11 makes up dialogue, invents scenes and creates a composite character or two, but sometimes you have to craft the facts in a certain way to tell a complicated story. Just like sometimes you have to reconsider what the definition of is is when you dont want people to know youve had an affair with a White House intern.

Reaction: Bush officials have not complained to ABC.
Reaction. Republicans respect Free Speech, Democrats hold it in contempt.
YEAH BABY!!!!!! ROTFLMAO
This smacks of fascism. The Senate Democrats are acting like the Mob and I'm calling my Republican Senators to see if there should be an investigation into the intimidation tactics employed by Democrats.
Yes - it's Newsweek.
That's a powerful visual and auditory image. In a split second it efficiently captures the criminal negligence of the Clinton administration in failing to protect this nation from 9/11.
It isn't just any "statement" being excised. It is a summation statement with an exclamation point that is being excised.
Sandy Burglar was attempting to excise the official records as well when he was caught stuffing classified documents down his pants.
Bull hockey.
MSM folks are so stupid, or gullible, or naive, or purposefully propagandizing.
Of course, they'd complain. Anything that didn't show Bubba and Bubbette standing by the Twin Towers directing folks out would be considered inaccurate and a "political hit job".
I often wonder what it takes, what magical power or hold there is, that makes supposedly intelligent people march to the Dim party line, like Pavlov's dogs hearing the bell, and mouth such nonsense on cue.
First we get mea culpas on the Pflame dame nonstory from the MSM and now this?
Maybe people have finally figured out that it's national security after all.
Seems the real outrage is that Disney/ABC went off the reservation and the klintonoids don't like that one bit.
That book was incredible. It made me so pissed off I couldn't sleep. Buzz Patterson is a national Treasure and every bookshelf in America should have this book.
To Peach and to all: Can someone cite other "docudramas" that have been censored by the conservative element? I'm doubting that the conservative element has this same power over the networks.
Second thought, couldn't a major network do a documentary on the same subject matter? Although documentaries usually don't carry the impact as drama, wouldn't this be a good time, now that the sleeping public may be paying attention.
I confess an eagerness to see the Clinton team nailed to the wall.
"Former president Bill Clinton is blasting the ABC 9/11 docudrama "
Former Disbarred & Impeached President Clinton....
There. Better.
Now there is an election coming and they're in a total meltdown.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking: this is Newsweek?
Maybe the film will turn out to be favorable to Klintoon after all.
