Well, here's something to take the calm away- predictable as it was..

NEW YORK TIMES TV critic Alessandra Stanley reviews ABC's upcoming 'The Path to 9/11' in Friday editions, newsroom sources tell DRUDGE.
"'The Path to 9/11' is not a documentary, or even a docu-drama; it is a fictionalized account of what took place. It relies on the report of the Sept. 11 commission, the King James version of all Sept. 11 accounts, as well as other material and memoirs. Some scenes come straight from the writers' imaginations," writes Alessandra .
"Dramatic license was certainly taken, but blame is spread pretty evenly across the board. It's not the inaccuracies of 'The Path to 9/11' that make ABC's miniseries so upsetting. It's the situation on the ground in Afghanistan now."
Alessandra concludes: "Hindsight is heartbreaking and disturbing to watch, even in a made-for-television movie. But it's even harder to take when those steps continue to contaminate the present."
It's OCTOBER in September.
What a surprise this is!
Yes, the Wellstone memorial is the perfect metaphor for Clinton's stupidity.
Wow, the NY Slimes critic hates it.
Must be pretty darned accurate and well done then, LOL!
Read my post, I didn't say no commercials, I said "without commercial interruptions." Of course that doesn't rule out lead-ins and outs. But it would certainly cut down on the number of advertisers involved, wouldn't it?
I think they just shake their heads:)
That's correct, I just went to ABC's website, in which it is being prominently promo-ed. When you go to ABC.com, you automatically get an audio promo and it says it will be presented without interruptions.
Anyway, they'd be perfect for that kind of ad. Just a couple of regular Americans, reading about the letter (probably on a website since nobody reads the papers anymore) and shocked about the dems attempting to wipe out the first amendment.
Only on a larger scale.
Wish Bush could announce the demise of OBL at the end of the mini series......That would really get the Rats upset!
We are on the same page here.
ABC will NOT cave -- too many things that have been in the works for TOO LONG.
The Dims, who think capital is raised by picking proper parents, have NO idea what they are up against.
In a bit of hilariously convoluted logic, a dem operative argued on H&C that it doesn't matter that Clinton passed up bin Laden because Bush let him go at Tora Bora. :)
LOL, well, the dems just keep moving the line forward. Earlier primaries, earlier October surprises :o)
Oooh, that would be smart. Then show the clip from the movie being released about President Bush being killed and show silence from the WH and Republicans.
Somebody REALLY said that?? That's hilarious!!
Only on a larger scale.
_____________
Yes and I'm simply stunned Dems would be this stupid.
Ex-Clinton Officials Slam 9/11 Mini-Series
By JESSE McKINLEY
Published: September 7, 2006Three members of the Clinton administration have written the chief executive of the Walt Disney Company, ABCs parent, to complain that the networks coming two-part miniseries The Path to 9/11 is fraught with factual errors and fabrications.
One of the officials, former Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright, said in her letter to the Disney executive, Robert A. Iger, that although she had requested a copy of the film, ABC had not given her one. But, Ms. Albright said, she has been told by people who have seen it that it depicts scenes that never happened, events that never took place, decisions that were never made and conversations that never occurred.
It asserts as fact things that are not fact, she wrote.

Others included: Samuel R. Berger, former national security adviser, and Bruce R. Lindsey, a Clinton White House aide now with the Clinton Foundation,
That is demonicRAT logic, all right. Thanks for the tidbit, I cannot abide H&C. Mostly because of "C" but the shouting gives me a headache.
I wonder if there's anyone in their caucus screaming that this is nuts?
