I read in the last couple of days that the folks running Disney are libs. That's why they are stunned at the attacks from the RATS.
We need to make a list of their names to PING them!
Yeap they want it cancelled. They didnt say that to ABC so they know they can't go as far as to threaten them in the same way as they did to Disney.

Clinton’s brazen and inappropriate interference in the debate over the showing of Path to 9/11 has no precedence of which I am aware. Presidents are supposed to be above this sort of thing. But apparently, Clinton has never met a challenge where the bar was placed too low for him to descend either morally or in the common decencies of public behavior and national tradition. Sanctity of the office meant nothing to him while he served. Why should we expect anything different now that he’s a private citizen?

I'm not 100% sure, but I had read in more than one place that ABC had decided to air the miniseries without commercial interruptions. So advertisers wouldn't be part of the equation.
But ratings for all other ABC shows definitely would.
Now that I've calmed down, I'm feeling like we can use this during the November election cycle. What a great GOP commercial, McGavin.
Maybe Ken Mehlmann will let us write it :-)

"No commercials" doesn't mean no commercials. The lead-ins and lead-outs and any commercial in close contat is in the same position.
It's like the Welstone (wasn't that his name? the Minn. senator?) funeral all over again.
