THat may have just been the single best speech he has done his entire Presidency. WHY OH WHY didn't he wait and give this during Prime Time.

I like this approach better. Rush will be all over it, as will Hannity and Levin. The cable shows will be chattering away, and then the evening news shows will have to pick up and discuss. And the papers have plenty of time to write complete (albeit slanted) articles about this TON of news.
