what is disturbing about that article you posted - is that it just doesn't refer to the "run of the mill" terrorists at Gitmo - it refers to KSM and Zubayda et al, the top AQ people held in foreign prisons by the CIA. there is no way they can be given any aspect of a civilian trial or Geneva style tribunal. None, zero, zilch. They have no protections, none, they are terrorists captured on foreign soil, they can't even make a claim to be part of a foreign army fighting our military, a battlefield prisoner, etc. They have no due process rights.
