Bob Beckel Threatens Rumsfeld With Violence

Democrat Bob Beckel threatened Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld with violence today in a discussion on the Fox News Channel about Rumsfeld's speech last week relating the war on terror to World War 2.

Beckel said if Rumsfeld weren't Secretary of Defense and had federal protection, he'd "kick the dog out of him."

Beckel joined a growing number of Democrats who have reacted viscerally to Rumsfeld's remarks, even though Rumsfeld did not single out the Democratic party nor did he name any current Democrats as appeasers.

Gosh. And I heard Beckel talking about what a Christian he was a few months ago. Maybe democrat Christians are different.

Anyway, Rummy could slap him into next week with one hand tied behind him.

Yep - he is a type I never liked much since childhood. A bit gruff and trying to play a faux working class guy, with his one good sportcoat that he would cart out for special occasions and wear it into the ground.

Beckel is, as you say, a bully who has to resort to cheap shots when he can. He is one of the reasons I am not a big fan of Sean Hannity - whenever Beckel appears on Hannity & Colmes, Sean lets him get away with way too much. Sean means well, but he is too slow witted to keep Beckel honest (admittedly only a bit less daunting than cleaning up The Augean Stables).

A black republican is an EXCUSE to unveil thier racism under the guise of criticizing a republican, and don't you think even for a minute that American blacks don't know it.

Thats why American blacks are turning to the Republican party, at least those who are NOT on the dole are.
