wow good article.

Everytime I read your article titles emphasizing the difference between ADULT stem cells and embyronic (killing life), I think of California's billion dollar stem cell mandate. The one that mandates all that money can only ever be spent on EMBRYONIC stem cell research, no matter how (in)effective it turns out to be compared to adult stem cell research... It drives me totally nuts everytime I think about it.

Great article but the title is awkward. It first reads as though ASC are "behind" ESC in therapeutic viability.

In "GODLESS" Ms. Coulter hits this message pretty hard.

Number of of diseases/conditions currently treated/treatable using adult stem cells:

83 (if memory serves, my copy is home, will check next time in the loo)

Number of diseases/conditions currently/EVER treated by embryonic stem cells:

0, swabo, none, zero, zip/zippy, nichevo, ningun, nada, (if memory serves, my copy is home)

wierd/blinded by science!!

There is a lot of hype, as might be expected considering how much money is being sunk into this miracle cure business, but fetal stem cells is close to 100% hype.

The greatest advantage of adult stem cells is that it's usually possible to use a person's own stem cells, which is the safest stem cell option for people. This avoids the problems of rejection, disease transmission, chromosomal abnormalities and uncontrolled growth.

An important distinction between ESC and ASC.

Obviously, not many people know this. What can be done to publicize it?
