I thought that book comes out Sep 8 according to the Amazon website. Guess I'll have to wait til it is in the bookstores to read it for myself.

#728, It is such a pleasure reading this thread every Sunday,and just when you think it cannot get any better, shazzam,dynamite. The diversity in opinion and abundant intellectual participation is mind Boggling. Let us see how much the Talk Show people glean from our thread for their shows Tuesday. I would guess everyone will be off for Labor Day, you cannot miss Jerry Lewis Telethon. We all must celebrate the DBM being driven crazy by No Hurricane Tragedy to report.

I used to call the cable company every few weeks and beg to have FNC added to their lineup. When I finally got it I was sorry to have troubled them so much.

Other than Brit and John Gibson, it's unwatchable.

I am rewatching the panel on FNS right now...and just caught a Juan smack-down by Brit that I missed earlier. Juan was going on and on about the civil war, and our troops are in danger there because of it. What do we do when the Iraqi's are shooting at each other? Brit says in response: "Then our troops are not in danger are they". I just love Brit...there is no one in journalism today that surpasses his wit, his intelligence, his honesty, and his integrity. Go Brit!

I don't think you are following my discussion with Kabar in which he says that the State Department is hunky dory, that it was the White House that approved Khatami telling us what a satan of a country we are and that I should have no concern about increased Saudi Arabian student visa's.

I have now read all 700+ posts and do not remember seeing any comments about the Chafee and Laffey appearances on Steffi's show. I watched a tape and can say that Chafee is Very Unattractive up close on the medium of TV, physically and politically. Stephen Laffey is the mirror image - dynamic, full of facts and physically attractive.


Also, I'm watching the msnbc rerun of MTP. Santorum is leagues ahead of Casey. Plus Casey seems to be trying to talk with a mouth full of newly capped teeth.

Also Last week (thur or fri) Mort said, IMO, some of the most sane words he has ever spoken and with no hesition, If we don't stay if we don't fight terrorism now we will be fighting terrorism forever. That was the meaning I received!!!!!

Poor Juan he just can't stay out of that DNC crashmobile! It's like a magnet to him, he must have a plate in his head.!
He just keeps strapping in and gunning the engine up to 150 mph and then hitting that wall head on, it must feel good.
