Seven weeks after terrorists bombed trains in Mumbai, India, and with the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks approaching, the NYPD is taking a lead role in securing Amtrak's northeast corridor. While there is no specific threat, officials said they remain concerned about the vulnerability of trains.
