The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Bensalem Police Department, Bucks County.
Bensalem Police are searching for Jiane FITZPATRICK, a black hispanic female, age 3, 39” tall, 35 pounds, black hair with pink barrettes, brown eyes, wearing a pink shirt and pink long pants, no footwear. She was abducted from an apartment at 3060 Bristol Road, Bensalem, by Christian A. WILLIS, aka Christian A. STEWART, a 19 year old black non-hispanic male, 6’5” tall, 170 pounds, wearing no shirt and blue jeans. Also present for the abduction was WILLIS’ mother, Natalie BROWN, a black female, no further description. WILLIS and BROWN fled the scene, with FITZPATRICK, in a 1997 Red Color Buick Regal four door sedan, Pennsylvania Registration: FXY9677.
Anyone with information about the abduction should immediately contact the police by calling 911.
This has been an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Bensalem Police Department.
Affected Counties: Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, Northhampton, Lehigh, Berks, Lancaster.

For those not familiar with Bucks Co Bensalem is right on the PA/NJ border on I-95, the PA Turnpike, and US 1. Fast getaway to almost anywhere on the east coast.
Last week's amber alert was cancelled because they couldn't identify the woman who was seen being abducted. They believed that she was indeed abducted, but could never ID her. No one came forward to say a loved one was missing. Very sad. The last I heard was that they thought maybe it was an internet meeting gone wrong.
Protect little Jiane from those who would hurt her and let not one hair of her head be harmed. Set her kidnappers to confusion. Rescue her from the hand of the wicked, Lord, that she may be returned home. Please show the autorities exactly where she is. We confess that nothing is too difficult for You as we pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

From whose apartment was she abducted? Her parents'? How did the parents know Skinny Willis and Mama Brown?

(BTW, my real name is pretty mixed - my given name is Scandinavian, my maiden name is Irish, and my married name is Czech.)
Because there are white Puerto Ricans but the chances of finding one in Philly is pretty small.
There has always been a large Puerto Rican community in Philly.
Ten years ago they would just have said Hispanic and everyone would have known thats what they meant.
But with the influx of Illegals from Mexico and Brazil into the region I suppose they now have to put "Black Hispanic" in order to differentiate them
