Clearly a case for a "Temporary Insanity" defense...
NO!! That would get him sent to a looney bin. I think he's perfectly sane for what he did. It's Justifiable Homocide, but I hope a jury says not guilty to any charges.
What this guy did is the most sane response I can think of.
