Could someone post the photos for us?
Thought it would be nice to start the week with a dose of What The Hell Is That?
Hoax? Whale? The teeth look almost like a deers.
Anyway, the animal is taken away. Of course, nobody would believe you if you left it there.
Comments..please remember to post a warning before you compare it with Helen.
BTW, looks like a critter from the Dark Crystal.

It's a Northern Pacific Marine Chupacabra; quite rare indeed! They could make a mint with it on eBay.

I don't know what it is but it looks like that is a leg hanging out of its mouth.

...looks like a critter from the Dark Crystal. Yeah. More like a Mystic than a Skexis.
However, when they die, they "disappear." So, there should be no skeleton. :)

The teeth would seem to be of a grass/vegetable eater, rather than a meat eater (carnivor).

The animal is a juvenile toothed whale. It's hard to tell the exact species because of it's advanced decay, but there is little doubt in my mind that the photo is of the near-skeletal remains of a juvenile toothed whale, several species of which are natural to that area.
Many people aren't aware of this, but the heads of many toothed whale species are primarily muscle and fat. In an orca, for example, two thirds of the "head" is actually some sort of meat. Unless you do marine biology for a living, it's unlikely that anyone here would identify an orca skull as such. I really doubt that the skull in that photo is orca because the teeth are wrong, but there are a half dozen other possibilities in the world.
For comparison:
