The teeth look all wrong for a seacreature. At best it must only eat seaweed or other vegetation, there is no way those teeth are used for catching fish, or small crustaceans like shrimp. They are also not used to catch anything that moves very fast.
The teeth are more like those of a horse. )but the skull has no nostrils)
