Have the rest of you noticed that the coverage on Katrina is being a lot more favorable to the adminstration, and a lot less flattering of LA?
Maybe it's just me, but perhaps the truth is not going to be suppressed?
Top round I assume is what I call topside.
Gotta go. See y'all later. :)
That's sure accurate.
Hello Morgan!!!! So good to see you. That was such a great recap of that particular aspect of the Clintons (who want to reinstitute their co-presidency, by the way) that I saved it to my Clinton file.
OMG!!! Thanks for that link. I cannot STAND billmaher. He is a disgusting, ugly, sarcastic, pompous ass. But Hitchens was BRILLIANT!!!!
I'd pay serious money to see that performed.
McCain puts information out, reads it, and claims it must be true because it's in the paper. He will remain in the news because the press likes his opposition to President Bush. In reality, McCain simply cannot win the nomination. He lost the Republican base a long time ago and it's never coming back to support him no matter what the media thinks and no matter what Senator McCain does at this point. McCain could walk on water and we'd all be looking for the rocks underneath.
The president of the NO city council was AWOL from the Fox lineup this am. Seems he overslept. Also missed the planning meeting for Ernesto. Yep, NO has sure learned their lesson the hard way.

Hi Bahbah.... I just knew you kept that file. It's people like you who will hold their feet to the fire when the time comes. The press will be too awe struck.
Just a link to some locals down in LA who have not hewn to the MSM line http://www.thedeadpelican.com/ (Funniest thing, the guy even copies the Drudge format.)
Also re Katrina:
I'm just flat amazed that the MSM or the dims really want anyone to get off on this particular trip down memory lane.
First the dims/hezbocrats annoint Nagin as the Katrina poster child with the record that he and the rest of that pathetic bunch of ward heelers in Louisiana have got, with or without their well-documented performance before, during and after the storm.
Finally, and perhaps most revealing, is that the same media sources who were so totally biased, unprofessional and incompetent that they don't merit comparison with a Keystone Kops outtake show themselves as having such complete arrogance in addition that they'll replay their sorry performance.
Some people I've known as lifelong libs (including a couple who are deep into the 9/11 Conspiracy Whacko world) were so embarrased by the Katrina coverage that THEY were turning off that crap; Is there such a disconnect in reality in the MSM that they still have yet to realize what they're doing to themselves?
...or maybe they're all just so desperate for something to try and regain their past glory and power that they just grabbed at what they thought was the only talking point they've had in the past two years that got any traction.
Take a browse through your vast photo collection and see how often people do that in front of a camera. I bet it is rare. Those clasped hands are intense body language, while they are facing hamas cameras.
Able Danger is not going away. I have yet to hear one Democrat able to defend against it. It is kind of like the Swift Boat information. Speaking of which, has Kerry released his Form 180 yet?
Poor guy. I read a blast at Democrats earlier and the writer failed to mention Sen. Kerry. He must feel left out.
" All Katrina, all the time. "
The Groundhog Day media never deviates from their predictable template.
Having been off line for a few days on vacation, I turned on the tv yesterday to catch up on the news.
CNN was focused on Katrina and macaca.
#63,very late start today but I agree with you about Biden. He started out fine when he was asked about Steve and olaf, and he almost seemed like a normal person instead of a rude, obnoxious, cocky, off the wall, liar and Prostitute of a Presidential Candidate. When Chris Ask him about all the Positives in Iraq, and was not President Bush's plan Working, he stepped all over his groin trying to not sound like a worthless, negative Democrat Hack....He did not achieve that goal. He did sound like what all the Rats have sounded like for 5 years Bush/Republicans bad, Democrats/Bush Haters of all stripes good. That is when I muted the sound. It is impossible for that man or 90 percent of Rats to just be honest, not Political.
It was pretty incredible, wasn't it? It was the perfect example of the "inside the beltway" dinosaur media echo effect. The mono-culture is so astounding. They all talk to the same "anonymous sources" and all go to the same cocktail parties and share the same elitist attitudes. Even the so-called conservatives are immersed inside the same rain barrel, not able to see outside of the confines of their own rat hole.
And remember, Robert Novak isn't a conservative. He's Ted Turner's idea of a caricature of a classic country club conservative. Someone to be put forward as an example of the greedy and unenlightened to be laughed at by the "really intelligent people." Pat Buchannan is his nuckle dragging Neanderthal "Nascar fan" brethren from Ted's stable of reliable "extremist clowns."
And the woman from National Review was Kate O'Beirne
