Thanks 'Pod.
I'm sure its a great day for the released captives' family and friends, also.

Not only do I agree with you, I would guess that the Gaza hierarchy were less concerned with the lives of the FOX employees and slightly more concerned with figuring out how they could play it out in order to get as much positive PR and political gain as possible. Hanieya was smiling as he sat next to Centanni.
It's truly amazing.
Most interpret scripture differently. I once had someone tell me that circumcision is the Mark of The Beast.
With difficulty and through giggles, I pointed out that's not exactly on the right hand or forehead. LOL!
Correct. It was nothing more than PRopaganda.

(AP)--"I want to thank everybody. I am happy to be here. I hope that this never scares a single journalist away from coming to Gaza to cover the story because the Palestinian people are very beautiful and kind hearted," Centanni told reporters.
"The world needs to know more about them. Don't be discouraged." Wiig also said he was worried that the kidnapping would scare off reporters. "My biggest concern really is that as a result of what happened to us foreign journalists will be discouraged from coming to tell the story and that would be a great tragedy for the people of Palestine," Wiig said. "You guys need us on the streets, and you need people to be aware of the story."
"We were forced to convert to Islam at gunpoint," Centanni later told Fox. "Don't get me wrong here. I have the highest respect for Islam, and I learned a lot of good things about it, but it was something we felt we had to do because they had the guns, and we didn't know what the hell was going on."
This is the problem with news media today: These two journalists were kidnapped, treated badly, forced to 'convert' to Islam... And yet Steve&Olaf still feel all sorts of sympathy for these barbarians, argue moral relativism, make loony statements...
Oh what the hell, I'll say it--they put their liberalism above everything else, even when brutally confronted by the Islamofascists that were going to kill them. This is just more proof how radicalized the news media has become. They put their own liberalism above all, even their own lives.
Yikes!! LOL! I just crack up at all the "experts" on the subject of our salvation.
"the various intelligence agencies operating in Gaza knew who the kidnapper was: the Palestinian warlord Zakaria Dughmush, who had been hired by the same Hamas group which on June 25 kidnapped and - is still holding - the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit."

This is a huge propaganda win for Hamas.
Almost right.
All that matters is that they were able to force them to submit.
This is so special. I mean, mocking me for my physical disability.
I just love the newFR.
Yeah, my [expletive deleted] little "friend", I take pills for my pain. Enough heavy duty opioids to killl YOU if you started taking them cold. So hey, WTF? Go right ahead, mock your little heart out (and I do mean "little"). The more you show yourself to be... what you are, the more I appreciate the effort. I like to know exactly what sort I'm working with -- and when it's the sort that gets his rocks off by ridiculing me for my pain and decomposing skeleton, well, I kinda like it when everyone can see exactly what sort of prize package I've got nipping at my ankles.
Knock yourself out, [expletive deleted].
Thank you so much for updates during these long two weeks. The updates (and your efforts) were a treasure.
Truly, I thank you.
" "Don't get me wrong here. I have the highest respect for Islam, "
Is he for real ? I'd spit on Islam
Excellent point.
So Steve was spieling it also? Oh, brother. Well, you're correct.......a journalist is a journalist is a journalist.
Is "Olaf" of Swedish lineage? Does he have Stockholm Syndrome?
Is "Centanni" of Italian lineage? Does he have Rome Syndrome?
I guess I'm not too easily fooled.....which means I may have Freeper Syndrome, LOL.

[deep breath]
Ahhh... OK, now where was I?
Oh, right. I used to say I wouldn't wish my "health" on anyone.
Thanks for helping me breach that hurdle, my little [expletive deleted].
I wonder if the kidnappers ever considered that the two gentlemen may have been atheists?
I know you were not addressing that paticular issue, your post just made me think of it.
[...reporters tell ALL sides of the story...???]
Tell me of your home world Usul.
Rarely in my lifetime have I heard ALL sides of the story from the media.
Fortunately I can read, so I can get all sides of the story for myself.
