No, the Maybach is over-compensating. The Bentley is just an expensive toy.

This is great for when that Lincoln Navigator just isn't menacing enough to the pedestrians in the parking lot. Or maybe when you have to drive over a few potholes on the way to the chirrruns' soccer game.

I think the chick would want it just to tailgate smaller cars. It makes those Suburbans and Hummers look mild.

My first impression was, u-g-l-y. But, the more I look at it.....

That's what I'm thinking. Forget AK-47s and IEDs. I could stop it with a few gallons of water. 8600+ kg!!! Set a trap, stick it up to it bumpers in mud, then flamethrower the silly occupants.
Or maybe just take all the gas stations in the neighborhood hostage, wait for it to run out of fuel, then go collect the occupants. Sheesh.
Isn't there an old saying about taking a good idea too far?

Having a little Gurhka envy, huh?

Damn, I hate menopause. I used to get a new Hummer about once a month.

Just think how great that would look rumbling up my quiet residential street. Seems like the kind of thing a rapper needs for "cruisin through the hood".

It's not that bad an idea for its clearly intended purpose, i.e. letting Americans drive around on roads where people try to bomb them.
Another possible idea: simply force everybody in the country to move around in a big circle to some place twenty miles down the road so that nobody will know where the stash of dynamite and bomb-making **** is in his neighborhood any longer.....

At 19,000 pounds, it's a compact APC, not even in the same category as a Hummer.

shrug off a roadside bomb How can any vehicle with tires shrug off a bomb?

Seems like the kind of thing a rapper needs for "cruisin through the hood".Yeah! I'm not a rapper, but I need it for "cruisin through my hood" - quiet, tree-lined, middle-aged, the sidewalks roll up at 9pm - hehehe.
